Alcaraz’s Main Goal Is ”To Win The Tournament;” Sabalenka, Rybakina, Jabeur All Through; Federer Honored on Soggy July 4th - Wimbledon Day 2

It was a Wimbledon washout on Day 2 with none of the outside court matches being completed. On the show courts, the top seeds moved through without trouble, as defending champion Elena Rybakina came back on Shelby Rogers 4-6, 6-1, 6-2, Aryna Sabalenka blitzed Panna Udvardy 6-3, 6-1, and Andy Murray destroyed Ryan Peniston 6-3, 6-0, 6-1. On Court 1, Carlos Alcaraz literally retired Jeremy Chardy 6-0, 6-2, 7-5, Ons Jabeur returned with a 6-3, 6-3 win over Magdalena Frech, and Cam Norrie rallied late in the fourth to beat Tomas Machac 6-3, 4-6, 6-1, 6-4.

Correction July 6: Jeremy Chardy made the QFs of the 2013 Australian Open, not Roland Garros like I say in the episode.
